Therefore, in order to create the new age farm workers, Blue Archipelago have launched the Certificate in Shrimp Aquaculture (CISA. This program is with the collaboration of Universiti Putra Malaysia and aims to transform farmers from being just manual labourers and into knowledge workers.

To this effect, Blue Archipelago have received several certifications and accreditation for this program.
