Udang berkualiti tinggi dengan piawaian pasaran eksport yang cemerlang

Perniagaan kami dibina berdasarkan asas piawaian yang tinggi terhadap kualiti, keselamatan makanan, kemampanan ekologi dan tanggungjawab sosial. Kami mengendalikan dua ladang ternakan, iKERPAN (Kerpan Bersepadu) di Kedah dan iSHARP (Ladang Akuakultur Ternakan Udang Bersepadu) di Setiu dilengkapi dengan sebuah kilang pemprosesan dan rangkaian pusat penetasan.

iSHARP

Ladang Akuakultur Ternakan Udang Bersepadu (Integrated Shrimp Aquaculture Park) atau iSHARP merupakan ladang seluas 1000 hektar yang terletak di Setiu, Terengganu. Ladang iSHARP adalah sebuah fasiliti moden dilengkapi dengan pusat penetasan udang ekologi yang membolehkan aktiviti penternakan selamat secara mampan.

Fasa 1 (2011)

Meliputi 432 hektar dengan 255 kolam dengan kapasiti pengeluaran 3,000MT setahun dan pusat penetasan Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) yang mempunyai kapasiti pengeluaran (60 juta/bulan x 12 bulan) 720 juta benih udang setahun. Kedua-dua fasiliti adalah diperakui di bawah MyGap dan FQC. 98% pekerja iSHARP adalah warganegara Malaysia.

Fasa 2

Meliputi 568 hektar dan sentiasa dinaik taraf dengan kaedah penternakan terkini untuk mencapai potensi pengeluaran 5,000MT udang setahun.

 

iSHARP ialah pendekatan inovatif kami untuk:

  • Menggalakkan kerjasama antara Sektor Swasta, Kerajaan Negeri Terengganu dan Kerajaan Persekutuan untuk merangsang industri akuakultur dan pemodenannya.
  • Mengeluarkan produk berkualiti tinggi dan diperakui untuk pasaran premium.
  • Membangunkan jenama tempatan Malaysia di pasaran antarabangsa.
  • Membuka peluang pekerjaan bagi membantu menjana sumber pendapatan di kawasan luar bandar khususnya di daerah Setiu.
  • Mewujudkan peluang perniagaan dan aktiviti ekonomi untuk usahawan kecil dan sederhana dalam industri akuakultur dengan bantuan sokongan.
  • Menjadi sebuah model perniagaan yang mampan dari segi sosial dan ekonomi.

iKERPAN

Kerpan Bersepadu (Integrated Kerpan) atau iKERPAN adalah tapak seluas 368 hektar dengan 172 kolam terletak di Kuala Kerpan, Kedah yang diuruskan oleh Arca Biru Sdn Bhd, anak syarikat milik penuh Blue Archipelago sejak Januari 2008.

 

Arca Biru dan Blue Archipelago telah mengubah iKERPAN menjadi taman akuakultur bersepadu sepenuhnya yang dilengkapi dengan kolam penternakan, pusat penetasan dan kilang pemprosesan. Dengan 400 orang pekerja, aset iKERPAN mampu menghasilkan 2,000 MT udang (vannamei dan monodon), (15 juta/bulan x 12 bulan) 180 juta larva pasca setahun dan 10MT udang yang diproses setiap hari.
